The Origin

We've spent years in the trenches of sales — not just training reps, but living on the phones and closing internationally across time zones. As a top performer at one of the world's largest B2C sales training companies, I spoke to hundreds of founders and sales leaders every week.

They all shared the same frustration: Their reps weren't failing due to lack of potential. They were failing because training was outdated, coaching was inconsistent, and leadership lacked visibility.

The problems were predictable:
