1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Role Plays AI ("the Service"), operated at roleplays.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including individual reps, organization owners, and anyone who accesses the platform.

2. Description of Service

Role Plays AI is an AI-powered sales training platform. The Service allows users to upload sales call recordings for analysis, discover winning formulas from successful deals, identify patterns in lost deals, and practice with realistic AI-generated prospects via voice simulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at jonathan@roleplays.app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload call recordings without proper consent from all parties on the call, as required by applicable laws.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid features require an active subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Role Plays AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (call recordings, transcripts, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service generates analysis, feedback, and practice scenarios using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is provided for informational and training purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Role Plays AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes lost profits, lost deals, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you through the platform where appropriate.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
